Makin Pizza

I have been making my own pizza bases for a while now. It is does take an over an hour to have cooked pizza. 5 minutes prep, 10 minutes kneading, 30 minutes to let it rise, 5 minutes to knead and roll out, 10 minutes to top and 20 minutes in the oven. But when you can have the toppings you want on a fantastic tasting base, whats not to love.

Rct3 AFE Guide

This guide was written by me in mid 2006. It is a complete introduction and breakdown of the Advanced Fireworks Editor(AFE) in roller coaster tycoon 3(RCT3). It will focus on basic skills and touch on advanced concepts. I also plan to outline the different functions in the AFE to give and basic knowledge of their use. I thought it lost for ever when I found an old archive version of it from august 2008 on the wayback machine. It will remain hosted here for archival purposes.

Chicken Soup

So while sick I always make myself some chicken noodle soup. This time was no different. Onion makes up the majority of the early soup, as it cooks it thickens the broth. I also like to use whole chicken thighs, Skin on bone in. Realistically the soup is something where there is no right or wrong answer, whatever you have on hand is good. Allowing it enough time to cook properly is essential, no less than an hour really, three hours would be better.
